I'm very pleased with the way the sensor platforms turned out!  The instructions tried to be specific and it would have been great except that the pieces they painted aren't the same pieces in my model!  So I winged it just working with the general ideas per their instructions.

     The instructions that come with the model differ with Strasser's 'Painting the Voyager' site, in that the instructions wanted me to highlight high spots on the sensor platforms with Light Sea Grey, and Strasser used Afrika Dunkelgrau - I went with Strasser, and it turned out quite well.

     Before I put away the brunviolett (background color of the sensor platforms), I needed to do a gradient down the aft part of the spine.  This is shown in the picture on the right - turned out pretty well too.
