3D printing has been around for a while now, but as the resolution gets tighter and the technology more accessible, people can start doing pretty clever things with it, up to and including things that are illegal, such as printing guns or gun parts, license plate covers, etc.
Some of the following projects are benign… some notsomuch. Yes, I have an interest in firearms, no I don’t propose overthrowing our government or anything equally foolish: it’s been impossible for the citizens to overthrow the government since the military industrial complex became a thing, and especially after The Patriot Act was passed.
