This image shows the detail on the port side sensor panel and bay windows.

This image not only shows detail on the side of the engineering section, but also where the plug goes.  In trying to figure out the best place to install the plug, I found it humorous that the plug went into where the antimatter loading hatch would be.

Further information regarding the bottom of the ship can be found at 3/4/02.

I thought this picture gave great detail for the port side, including windows, bay windows and even the running light (above the shuttle dock).

I also find it humorous that since these pictures are taken in such high resolution and magnification, you can see the hull repair job I needed to do when I tried to install LEDs into the ship (8/23/01).

While out of focus, I thought this was a neat shot of the port nacelle.

A detail shot of the port side of engineering.  If you look carefully at the bay window you can see it's kinda bumpy - this is the result of the mistake I made the first time I painted the ship (9/29/02).

I sanded everywhere else, but I couldn't reach the window so I left it, hoping it would look like I meant to do it. :)  What do you think?

This picture shows the lit windows, as well as port side engineering section detail.  The holes drilled for the windows were drilled by a micro drill the same diameter as a human hair.

This is my favorite picture.  The deflector dishes were tricky to paint (11/13/02).
